Job Description

  • Hours of work - 3.15pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • To commence Term 1, 2026

We are seeking a compassionate individual who has experience working with young people, for the role of Boarding House Parent.  The primary focus of this position is to provide active supervision and pastoral care to boarding students each afternoon after school.

  • Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammar’s values.
  • An understanding of the wellbeing needs of young people.
  • Experience supervising and supporting young people.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to display compassion, patience and flexibility.
